"STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! I have a friend that just moved from these apartments. What these people do put their tenants through is unbelievable. Maintenance was extremely negligent, which I saw first hand on multiple occasions. From what I witnessed over the last year they made absolutely NO attempt to fulfill their contractual obligations as a leasing agent when even the simplest of issues needed to be addressed. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!"
"Currently theres a homelss camp right outside out apartment. I've had to stop people multiple times in the middle of them breaking into cars. Management will also offer you the opportunity to pay a deposit, or a ONE TIME NON REFUNDABLE rhino policy. This is a SCAM as they expect you to make multiple payments to this ONE TIME NON REFUNDABLE alternative to a security deposit. Ive been here for a year and a half and my hood over my stove does not work, and there is mold in my wall mounted A/C unit that they refuse to service."
"One of the worst places I've lived. Had trouble with communication, important things not getting fixed in a timely manner, such as our kitchen sink (twice: both times took almost 2 weeks for someone to come out) and a lighting issue that my fiance fixed HIMSELF because he was tired no one being sent out. The one time somebody did get sent out for the outlet, they just tinkered with the electric box and left. They didn't actually resolve the issue and we let the apartments know and nothing was done about it. Never once did we get discounted on rent with issues going on way longer than they should have. Our balcony was not fully intact and we have a toddler. We found bed bugs in our apartment and let the apartments know. They had some inspected and said that they only found two dead ones and they weren't going to treat it. Never bombed the building until about 7 or 8 months later when other people start complaining about bed bugs. One person complaining about bed bugs and people constantly throwing out furniture should have been a huge conclusion that they should have bombed the apartments right then and there. When I got tired of the communication I smarted off and ever since then that a property manager has been rude towards me. Just a couple of days before our lease was up, my fiance and I found black mold in the dining room/ living room area. When I told the property manager, he asked me why am I just now saying something and that black mold doesn't just appear overnight. The black mold was in a part of the wall that was higher up to where you don't really look up and notice, especially when that area is not very well lit at all. Despite we heard other people in our building had issues with black mold, my fiance and I didn't think to check around our apartment to see if we saw any bubbles in the wall and see if there is black mold growing in our apartment....... The only reason why I noticed the black mold when I did is because The spot on the wall caught my intention one morning because it looked like a big spider web on the wall.. When I went to go clean what I thought was a spider web. That is when the pocket fully popped open. Don't even get me started on the safety feature because there wasn't one. I highly recommend not even considering looking into these apartments. There are far more negative comments from people who used to live at these apartments than there is positive."
"My honest updated review: I have lived here since July of 2021. My apartment was fully remodeled with brand new appliances. The perfect little place for my cats and I to live. Location is great, too. There were some bumps I had with Management, but they understood where I was coming from and have made some changes. There are some good neighbors, but a lot of them are fighting and just being uncourteous of other neighbors. I wish the neighbors would be more respectful and the hallways/ stairwells would be cleaned more frequently. It would also be nice to have security on site at all times to keep everyone safe and protected. If you have any specific questions I am happy to answer them honestly and to the best of my ability."
"The worst apartment that I have ever lived in. Went 3 months without any sort of climate control. "Smoke free" but the entire place reeks of cigarette smoke and the tar is leeching from my walls. A slab leak caused water to leak from my walls and my floorboards to rot, and it took them almost a month from the time that I reported it to get it fixed. I'm not convinced there isn't mold in my walls, but maintenance and management are unwilling to address basic maintenance concerns in a timely manner. It took them 6 weeks to change the batteries in a smoke detector once I reported it. They do not upkeep common areas, so they are all filthy and filled with bugs. No sort of pest control in the building whatsoever, so you will see just about every kind of bug imaginable. No one is ever available after hours if you have an emergency issue. They do not have trash pick up often enough, so the dumpsters are frequently overflowing. The management team is unorganized to say the least. Asked residents to leave a check taped to their door to pay rent while they were getting a resident portal set up. Decided to change the locks on the building with no prior notice, and they passed out keys by sliding them under the doors, day of, so we were all locked out when we got home. They slapped a coat of paint on the balconies and threw down some mulch to make it look nice, but don't waste your time here. The location is awful, and you get a subpar at best unit with no other amenities. Not worth the price."
