The neighbors are nice and very friendly. I like living there because its quite and peaceful. I just referred my friend to live there as well. I like because I got a credit towards my rent. I also got a credit for my rent when renewed my lease."

"I’ve been in my townhome for almost a year and I love it!! It’s spacious, minutes from downtown, and they take care of the property. Is it pricey…yes, but I’m a firm believer that you pay for what you get! I have a two car garage, and it comes with all the amenities of downtown living. I will be renewing my lease for me and my fur baby."

"This company has recently purchased the building I’ve lived in for a couple of years now. They introduced themselves by trying to impose new fees just to make rent payments; after several communications back and forth originally taking a stance of, “this is just how our company does business,” they backed off and provide a credit for the remainder of the leases each of us in the building has. They started imposing new fees on other individuals in the building with varying costs of parking fees and ridiculous rent increases for other tenants. Fast forward to last Friday their maintenance tech slammed their company van door into my car while I was sitting in my car. Then saw me sitting there and ran inside by the time I got out and walked around. The office wouldn’t answer or call me back. Claiming they were not aware of my voicemails. They then tried saying the tech doesn’t recall doing it. Of course he doesn’t recall.. as of yesterday they say they don’t need to provide their insurance information because the property manager Mandy claims she personally came and inspected my vehicle without my knowledge and deemed the damaged not enough to provide the information. They have since went silent when I responded that it is highly inappropriate to be acting as an insurance adjuster and to be inspecting my property without my presence or knowledge. Doing some digging with some other tenants in our building they have purchased a large amount of properties in Indianapolis, and it seems they are consistently this shady."

"I lived in Chelsea Manor managed by Core and had a pretty good experience. Lived there for 2 years and enjoyed how the building is close to downtown and rent is reasonable. No fancy amenities but good apartment with well maintained appliances. Maintenance has always been great, on time, and they are very friendly. They have Maintenance come in your apartment once a month for pest control so something to be aware if that is something you care about. But i appreciated the fact that they were proactive in making sure no pests are in the apartment so it wasn't an issue for me. This was my first renting experience and i have heard that i should expect to lose a portion of my security deposit regardless of how well you leave the apartment. That wasnt the case for me as they promptly returned my whole deposit since i had left the place in a good condition. Would recommend Chelsea manor to anyone."
