"Truly I wish I could give this place 0 stars. For starters they have terrible plumbing. Twice in the span of a year the basement area where I live has been flooded with sewage. TWICE they have not replaced the carpet that was infested with said sewage. Imagine waking up leaving your house for work and there is sewage waiting for you at the front door. Visualize that before moving here. Second they have literally nobody staffed in office you will not be able to discuss lease or anything with a property manager because nobody wants to work for such a lackluster mediocre company. Third they towed my car today, A day before I move out for NO REASON. I had my parking sticker and yet they towed it. By far the worst apartment complex in Indiana. Oh and the layout of the apartment is comical. No kitchen space no bedroom space. The repairs made on the wall are not even covered properly. All in all this was my first ever apartment, if you can avoid Pangea Riverside at all costs! The only positives are the rent is cheap and maintenance are very sweet and nice."

"Moving is never easy especially when you are trying to meet a deadline but Chanel in the office made my move a smooth one. Thank you for all of your help and professionalism. By all the friendliest property manager I've met since moving here."

"Terrible complex. Staff is in office 12 hours per week, 16 if you’re lucky. When there’s an issue with the apartment, they act like it’s not their problem and have very long wait times for repairs. I had to wait 4 days for my furnace to be repaired mid-winter. Also, beware, they are extremely aggressive landlords. Sub 42 hours without a payment for a bill you weren’t notified about? Straight to collections. Taking them to court soon."

"Absolutely the WORST when it comes to communication. They towed my car this morning, without ANY prior notice, even though I had a parking sticker on it. My husband went to the office and was told that the company sent emails and notices to people about renewing stickers (my sticker was not even 1 year old yet) but we didn't receive any notices, nor was the office lady able to give us proof that an email was sent in December like she said. We didn't receive any messages through our portal either. My car will cost almost $200 to get out of the towing park. Don't even get me started on my water damaged floors since the week that I moved in. We are so very patient with these people but I am absolutely at my wit's end."
