Vivio is definitely on the pricey side but I’ve had maintenance requests resolved in hours and when I had a late night issue with parking, the complex responded to my message at midnight. Shreeda is the best building manager in Indy."

"Under the current management (as of 08/29/2022) the place has went downhill. New section of building was built/completed in 2020 when I moved in. It was nice then because it was brand new. Now, 2 years later, it looks like a dump. Most of the problem is the current management (or mismanagement) which has been promoted by the managing company Spectra Student Living. The property is not cared for which has led to the current conditions. Photos are attached of the disgusting conditions of the property which were taken on 08/29/2022 but the property has been like this for months under the current administration. There is a ripped/broken leather couch (photo attached) that’s also been in the hall for at least 6 months. Deplorable conditions. But wait, it gets better. They ran out of storage for all of their junk so now they’re turning the bike storage rooms into more junk rooms (photos attached)."
