"So firstly, I lived in Greentree Apartments for 2 years. Secondly, the property manager of Greentree personally came to my apartment, while I was living there, and asked if I would change my review of their community because I go in depth and he must not have liked it. He actually told me it was deterring people from coming to live in their community. So now, I am honestly going to tell everyone what I really thought and still think of Greentree Apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been doing reviews for a long while now and trust me, this is one apartment community you want to pass on. For starters, there is not enough staff. It's a pretty big community and there should definitely be more staff available to communicate your issues with. These apartments are also overrun with people from other countries. You can't begin to understand when I say overrun, I mean completely overrun. I'm all about diversity, but when you can't even communicate with your tenants, it sets you up for a whole lot of problems! For instance, I had a neighbor bail out of their lease and leave in the middle of the night with his girlfriend right after she had the baby, and in less than 2 wks there were people from Haiti already living there who spoke no English whatsoever. The same guy who spoke no English, rammed his new car (or whoever's car it was) into my apartment building twice! If it hadn't of been for him running into my neighbor's car first, then hitting the railing outside to the window to the apartment building that stuck out further from the building, then he would have been sitting in our hallway and probably our back bedrooms. The girlfriend of the guy actually came out and told him to go change his clothes, so that way when all of us and my other neighbors and people I had over, (she was thinking) hopefully, wouldn't be able to identify him when the police came out and gave a statement. (By the way, those people are still living there) I'm very lucky to be alive after an unfortunate event like that occurred all because he was drunk!!Sang wouldn't let me renew my lease there because of how many times I had called the police out to the address! If there hadn't have been so many things going on in this community or all of the uncertainty of people being allowed in, then the police wouldn't have had to come out so many times to begin with! I probably saw the police out there every week, on either one or the other side of the apartments. When you allow just anyone to move in, you're going to get a lot of people that aren't on the lease and a lot of families that are bringing other family members there to stay in these apartments with tenants that aren't on the lease anyway with issues! It's one hot mess in Greentree. Not to mention, the mice, the cockroaches, the cluster flies and God knows what else that can come into your home! They do there! It was a nightmare and I was very happy to move. It is such a terrible place that upon my leaving, they even kept my $250 deposit because they claimed there was damage to two of their mini blinds in the bedroom and there were a couple of stains on the carpet in the living room after 2 years of living there. To me, they seem pretty desperate for money. Normal wear and tear. I kept my apartment spotless! I couldn't believe it! Maintenance was terrible, none of them spoke English, either. The one that did, didn't want to do anything. He would try to convince you that it wasn't a big deal and not to worry about it. So when I had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom all over the floor into the hallway, he said the guy above me had buckets of water sitting on the side of his tub and that was probably how he bathed and I was supposed to think that was normal and ok... It wasn't normal or ok and I heard the guy shower all the time. There will probably be mold in that ceiling now and they will probably paint over it for the next people to move in as soon as they can get them to sign. The last community text message I received was for everyone to quit driving their cars through the grass, smh."
"Such a terrible place, I don’t recommend at all. The office and staff never take the problems your reports seriously. Almost every washer and dryer in the complex is out of service or doesn’t dry your clothes. The first week moving in on the hottest week of the summer and they didn’t fix my air until I came in for 3 days straight with my 2yr old telling them to fix it. My moms apartment is just terrible also, her washer and fridge leaks, they’ve been here 3 times but say it doesn’t leak and won’t fix anything. The ceiling above the toilet is basically about to cave in where the toilet is in the bathroom because they refuse to fix it and just say “it’s not leaking, they must be throwing water down from the shower upstairs”. They say they put in all new appliances but nothing is ever new. I could keep going, this place deserves a 0 star review."
"Best to go somewhere else for an apartment .Coldest damn apartment I have had in my whole life. Painters must paint the walls with a broom, gobs of paint everywhere. You will get burned if you rent here. Old old appliances and forget about your deposit, they will find and excuse not to give it back.Oh! Oh ! I Almost forgot- watch out for the mold in the walls from leaks in the plumbing and air conditioning .And watch out for reviews that are obviously overly favorable."
"Been here for 10 months, very nice place to live. Tammy helped out a lot, great customer service, lovely staff and experience overall. Maintenance is great i had couple problems with stuff and they fix the problem immediately while being very professional. Im definitely going to renew my lease when the time comes!!"
"One happy resident here. The location and the staff at the office are awesome. The rent is affordable and maintenance concerns are always resolved in a timely manner. I recommend this community."
