The leasing office team Kayli and Lauren are extremely warm and professional, consistently surpassing my expectations and has made my transition into the community so much more enjoyable. From the beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure my needs and preferences were met, ensuring that I found the perfect apartment for me! Moving in, I realized how quiet and peaceful it is, even though it is located in heart of downtown. The maintenance team are genuinely so nice and come out to fix things within a day. The sense of community by the pool is amazing as the residents gather together while grilling with the city view! The apartments are really clean and thoughtfully designed, in which I truly feel like I can call this place “home”. "My husband and I lived for 4 years at the Waverley and had a great experience! With items like a covered garage spot and internet included in rent, you get great bang for your buck here. The leasing office and maintenance team are professional and responsive - if you submit a maintenance ticket, it is taken care of next day. The gated community is safe and clean, and the residents are quiet and respectful. The location is wonderful as you are very close to downtown but not directly in all the hustle and bustle. The pool, hot tub, and workout room are all great amenities that we used frequently. The only negative is that the complex is directly next to both a helipad and the train tracks, but we got used to the noises very quickly and hardly even noticed after living there only a month or two. Overall, we had a wonderful time living at the Waverley and would highly recommend."

"I lived at the Waverley for a year and a half and loved every moment of it! The location is very safe and secure, and is walking distance to local restaurants and bars. My unit was directly off of East st. and faced west so I had an amazing view of downtown Indy! It does get a little noisy at times since the apartments are right next to a train track and helipad, but you will eventually get used to it. The office staff is extremely friendly and are all very helpful! If I were to live downtown Indy again, I would 100% come back to the Waverley!"
