"It took a while for maintenance to come due to holiday and weather conditions. However, after two requests and an email, they arrived fast and it only took two minutes to fix the issue. I am very pleased."
"We rented a room here through Vrbo. Never again. The pictures make this look luxury and it is far from that. The lobby smelt like stale cigarette smoke and the whole 4th floor smelt like weed. The bedroom did not sleep 4 people as advertised. It’s in the worst part of town with crack heads that we’re fighting outside the homeless shelter that is right across the street from the front door. The pool was gross and had trash floating in it. Walls were far from sound proof."
