"Avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately I signed a lease that I am working on breaking. Leasing does not care to respond as I have been trying to get a hold of them since April. They do not pick up the phone when you call their leasing office. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, plenty of water leaks, and overall communication is 0. I seriously hope you don't think the brick walls and wood floors are worth this type of treatment. There are a lot of amazing apartments going up in this area for a similar price, amenities, communication, and some peace and quiet. Not to mention you can hear the Bar downstairs all hours of the night. When they clean up the bar.. around 11 or so, be prepared to have a sing a long from the 90's I can recite their playlist. For your own sake really look elsewhere, it has all the makings of a beautiful place but IT IS NOT WORTH IT > > > update > > > Ryan got back to me and was very quick to resolve the issues.
