"I can not recommend against this place enough. If a 0 was possible I would happily give this place 0 stars. Since moving in around August the Gate for our "gated community" has worked for 2 weeks, the amenities that we pay for in our lease (which the price is broken down and it shows you what you pay for them) have not been opened for a single day thus far. The bugs are everywhere and there are numerous reviews about them. When you get pest control out here they spray for 5 minutes and then leave just to see the bugs 30 minutes later. Then when you finally get the full "clean out service" and you are told to take everything from your cabinets and to take everything out of your closet and to put everything on a table and that you have to leave and cant come back for 4 hours. Then when pest control gets here, he sprays for 5 minutes like he always does and then just leaves and doesn't even step foot in our bedroom to spray and tells us that we don't even have to leave. Not to mention the pest control people show up an hour after the scheduled time and when asking the office about that their response is that they shouldn't be giving us a time because they will just show up when they get there. Then when asking how will I know when I can return after the 4 hours (which I didn't even have to leave for) they looked at me confused and then said they'd call me when pest control leaves so that way I can start a 4 hour timer. Pest control left 33 minutes ago and counting and I've yet to receive a phone call or text. TL-DR bugs, poor management, no one seems to care. Save your money and anywhere else."

"I work at a local State Farm agency, Connie Mortensen State Farm. It has been an absolute joy to get to know the leasing staff at Fox Club. Ever since Elon Property Management took over, they have poured resources and remodeling into this community. I look forward to continuing to work with this community!"

"Cleaned the apartment enough for me to sign the lease , after lease was signed and I was moved in that’s when I noticed there was an infestation of roaches . I’ve notified the office plenty of times and all they’ve had to say was “ we have pest control come out every two weeks to the units “ that has not been doing any justice . The dish washer which I’ve never used had mold and stunk really bad in the inside . Fast forward a couple months later I’ve started seeing mice , mice holes , mice poop under kitchen cabinet and bathroom cabinet . I’ve notified the office and again all I’ve heard was “ we have pest control and please work with us it takes time . It has been a whole leasing term and nothing had been fixed . The rent is 1016 , I was not able to use the pool because it wasn’t open , the laundry facility is shut down , the recreational center is shut down . When I moved in I seen there was a problem with the ceiling and I was told it looked like that because maintenance had just finished doing a job at the apartment and they would come back to finish which was never the case . There’s people that live above me and if they was to have a floor or anything it would sink through to my ceiling . The office had known I was pregnant and 3 months before my lease ends I’m just not getting told by the pest control they can’t spray because I was pregnant and it can harm me and the baby and the whole time nobody has ever told me that . In the lease it says I have the right to a “safe habitable clean living “ and ever since I’ve moved here that has not been the case . It’s gotten so bad I’ve had to get the health department involved ."

"Well I've lived here for 3yrs it's some what better. My apartment smells old an mold because of all of the floods But Still here. They only fixings up the empty but not for the people that already like here. Mice come in your door 24/7 but u better know they are going to raise your rent. Office Manger is rude as hell. It's new people but the same bullcrap"

"I've lived here a little over a year. The only bad experience I've had is dealing with the tenant who lived above me. This concerns me having to contact emergency maintenance for issues with his apartment that affected mine because he would not report them. He has since been evicted. The only other thing I can say is phone calls are not returned when I call the office during normal office hours. I end up having to go into the office to get an answer to my phone call."
