"My husband and I have been living at The MK for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. The building is clean, quiet, and perfectly located with several great restaurants within walking distance. The Monon Trail and Broad Ripple are very close as well. The staff is friendly and any maintenance requests or concerns have been resolved quickly. We highly recommend."

"Moved into a unit with a broken window December 2022, and nearly one year later and one new Property Manager later the issue is still not resolved and the solution given to me has been disrespectful at best. Stay away from this property. I’ve lived in the area since my undergrad days at Butler ‘19 (go dawgs) and this is by far the worst. There is nothing luxury about this property or these apartments except the prices they charge."

Taryn, the Property Manager, is very friendly, addresses concerns promptly, and has a wonderful disposition. Bailey adds to the sunny atmosphere on Saturdays. Maintenance and upkeep at The MK is a priority. Work orders are easy to place on the website and Eric is very prompt in responding to the requests. If you are thinking of a new apartment community, there is a lot to enjoy about the MK."
