"Drug dealers live here. Doors that are supposed to be secured are usually propped open by the "traffic" that comes in and out. Noisy, zero maintenance. The only interest here is collecting monthly rent which has gone up substantially. Do yourself a favor and REALLY look around before landing over here."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING: I’ve lived here for 2 years but recently moved out due to numerous issues. In the last month alone, the hot water went out 4 times and electricity went out twice. As there is no maintenance for the property it often takes more than a day or two to get hot water/electricity back. As well as issues with water/electricity, the buildings are old with cracking foundations, and have mice. In the past 2 years there has been 4 different property managers. The property managers do not reply in a timely manner if at all. On the bright side, the rent is relatively cheap for the location. However, there are plenty of other apartments for similar prices who do provide maintenance and a clean, safe living environment."

"If I could give this complex a zero star rating, I would. There were problems from the beginning. 1. Lease was offered a month before agreed move. Management had drafted the least for the wrong month. 2. When move in came, the lease was presented the day of. There were points in time where we were unsure if we would be able to move into the space, considering that management was unresponsive for the weeks between the confusion (item 1). 3. Two sets of keys were presented, only one set worked. After calling management 5+ times, we have given up trying to get a second set of keys. Now my partner and I drive from our respective places of employment to share the key. 4. The fridge (the apartments were newly renovated with new appliances) did not work for a month. Management would not respond. Finally, after a month of food spoiling, maintenance replaced the fridge. Then management reached out several weeks later offering that they would resolve the issue "soon". 5. In September the roof began to leak (not trickle, but drywall falling from the ceiling). Anytime it rained, we would put a cooler in the bathroom. This was a common problem in other units (there was a decent amount of flooding and four months since, cleaning crews have not been hired to restore the units). The problem was repaired, only to have the drywall fall again. It has been five months and there is a foot and a half hole in the bathroom ceiling. 6. Despite various emergencies and calling several phone numbers (e.g., other units under the same management, cell phones, emergency lines, etc.) management never returned our calls. 7. One day, management walked into the apartment (unannounced) and to Heidi's surprise (head of Sundance Properties) it was a unit she had rented out! Which she still had documented a vacant - after six months of occupancy. Overall, there are three unit in the building filled for a reason. Until new management takes over, I would not recommend these complexes. Save your money and find a reliable complex. This management is impressively unreliable. Although, Heidi does have personal charisma when it comes to signing you into a lease!"
