"I've loved living here! The apartments are upgraded, with modern features. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist me with anything I need. I love the amenities and the location. "Granted I just moved in, but everything from the application process, touring the apartment and then my move-in day was stress free. Lesley and Kelly are suuuper kind and they seem like they really care. They listened to any concern that I had on my move in day, and then everything was resolved in a short amount of time. Plus, they are a whole vibe! :) They wouldn't let me worry, and I appreciated that SO much. If you two ever read this, thanks again for everything. This is my first time making a big move like this and I'm happy to have come across these apartments and call it my new home."

"Relatively good all things considered. Landscaping has issues with actually doing their jobs. They will forget to blow out, mow, and cut out weeds at random times. Some things that should be easy communication ends up being really difficult and I had to get other people involved. Water and sewage is billed per building and not per individual usage. Turning left out of the complex during high traffic is extremely difficult. Rent is way too expensive. I was paying $994 for 675 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath. My renewal price was $1074. I was able to find a different unit elsewhere for $1010 for 730 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath also with only carpet in the bedroom. When you factor in utilities and fees billed with rent, the new unit was about $50 more than the renewal base price."

"The managers here are so sweet and willing to work with you! I was looking for a specific date to move in and they originally had no apartments available but called me as soon as one was available and held it until I could apply! The move in process was so smooth with them being so accommodating about being able to pick up the keys on a Saturday to move in and even checked in the next day to see how everything was going!
