"I have called at 11:05 am to ask for work order for fixing my sink. 10 min later the maitainance came. Examined the sink and fixed it. By 11:40 am everything was fixed and done. They put brand new piece and now my sink is nice and clean. This is the second time I encounter a maintaince problem. All caused by my usage wear and tear and the maintaince team got it fixed in the same day with no complications. And even cleaned aftet their work. Great experience as usual from Riverview :)"

"This property will break your lease & then try to get you to move out early… TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS!!! (This is the third time my lease has been violated on their behalf). This time, they unlocked my apartment and let someone else in while I was not home! They unlocked my door and walked away. My belongings were stolen over a month ago and JC HART/RIVERVIEW is ignoring me trying not to pay me for their negligence and my stolen belongings… I will be going to small claims court next week. I would NOT Recommend renting from them."

"I moved into Riverview this summer and I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. I think the price is right and it's so close and convenient to IUPUI. The amenities are simple but it is just enough for me. I really enjoy their lobby. There are study spaces, games and a comfortable sofa. They occasionally have refreshments and coffee to enjoy. They even installed a new white board for the students to use for studying! That is so thoughtful! The ladies in the office have made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Leslie in particular has been such a sweetheart! She is so tentative to detail and has helped me and so many of my friends (also tenants) out when we need something. I remember having issues my first week of move-in and she was quick to respond and helped me out. She really goes above and beyond. I think that is so comforting to know that the ladies got your back. I definitely plan on staying here for the rest of my time in Indy. So worth it!"

"I realize that people typically only post reviews when things are either really good or really bad. I've lived at Riverview for almost 2 years and it has been one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. I had the privilege of moving into my unit while it was brand new. I haven't had many maintenance needs but whenever I do, they're always so quick to answer. Leslie in the leasing office is amazing! Easy to communicate with, attentive to detail, and a great resource. If I wasn't planning on relocating, I'd be renewing my lease for a 3rd year."
