"DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is nothing more than glorified section 8 housing. The buildings are falling apart, the AC/Heating systems barely work. It's almost forced paid to park, yet people will park wherever they want. The management does nothing about this. They employ the worst tow company in Indianapolis. It definitely isn't dog friendly. Due to lack of maintenance on 1st floor fences, dogs escape left and right. There is little to no maintenance on the road ways. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!"

"I have live here for 3 years and there has been a change with the new management not for better. They are unprofessional and will lie without hesitation. I put in a notice to not renew my lease, but later sent an email, and called but was ignored to informed them that we will stay one more year. When they took over these apartments they CALLED me and asked me will I consider renewing. So I called and asked why no one answering me or why wasn't I given an option of month to month ( my legal right) I have lived here with no issues and that is when we were informed they rented out our apartment. They lied and said we sent you an email June 1st. I stated if I got that why would I be asking questions. But this is not their first lie to us. If you choose to live here use your personal email for proof of what you send them. I wrote this because I hope they get it together. The apartment are spacious, maintenance is slow to fix stuff, and it's pricey to live here."

"Park central north is a great place to live, I’m actually a two timer here, yep this is my second time living here. It was a quiet and beautiful place then, and it is now. I’m a single parent I have 1 daughter that lived with me as well as my elderly Mom. I moved out to live in a house, which was fine an dandy, but I forgot about the upkeep of the house and how expensive things were, I ran back here. Park central north maybe a little pricey, but it is gated now, I have nice neighbors. The management (Michelle) in particular, has always been nice to me, maintenance, for me has been good. I thank God for Michelle, I’ve been sick these last few months, Michelle has been very understanding, and I’m very grateful. I love living in this quiet, clean community, and my large 2 bedroom apartment.. Thank you Park Central North."

"I have never experienced apartment living and was unsure what to expect. I believe I hit the jack pot with Park Central. Incredible square footage I couldn't find anywhere else and still within my budget. It feels much more like a home than an apartment. The complex is quiet just like the small neighborhood I am used to. I had two small issues when I moved in and the manager, Michelle, took care of them without hesitation. I can see myself living here for many years to come."

"My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half. We love living here. Diana the office manager is an absolute delight. She’s professional and caring manager. The maintenance staff David and Mike are great and get the work orders completed in a timely manner. Like a day or two and they are completed. Carrie is new in the office but she seems pretty great as well! I definitely would recommend living here. It’s quiet and well taken care of for its age."
