"Over the course of my two years here, the elevator has been out of service many times for extended periods of time. The carpets are disgusting, the stairs are nasty and never cleaned. The Maker's Room isn't maintained or cleaned without a request. Residents don't clean up after their dogs. Residents walk dogs unleashed. I can't believe what I pay to live here."

"Staff is awesome and very friendly so review doesn't reflect anything on them. They get apartment specific maintenance requests done quickly and are very helpful. Great location for sure. Low score is due to lack of amenities compared to rent costs, and consistent outage of elevator, especially if you have crutches or struggle with stairs."

"Overall a great place to live in downtown! Building is very secure with key-FOB entry to all doors plus a locked package room. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with friendly neighbors whenever you walk around. Office staff is friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to any requests, which creates a very warm and welcoming environment. Having the bike storage room on the first floor is a big bonus! Only major con about Pinnex is the lack of amenities for similarly-priced apartments in the area (no pool & no gym)."

"I moved to Pinnex about a month ago, and it has continued to impress me in so many ways. The staff, parking, cleanliness of facility, ease of contacting maintenance, safety, location, so many things about this place are top notch. My roommate and I were looking for something that felt really nice, but also was reasonable considering so many of the downtown apartments price gouge for something that really isn’t very nice… *enter Pinnex*. It’s truly a hidden gem in my eyes. I feel like the price is warranted based on all of the other things I mention in this review. Shannon in the front office is so great, and was particularly helpful throughout the leasing/moving process, answering all of our questions. Maintenance has already been by a couple of times and tended to our requests either in the same day, and if not very promptly after. I suppose my biggest complaint with living here would be the lack of amenities overall— I really wish there was a gym onsite and some sort of green space that was separate from the parking lot. I also knew this before signing the lease and I am still so so happy with my decision to do so. Overall, I highly recommend Pinnex. It’s a great location relative to downtown, the surrounding area is very walkable, staff is great, the apartment is nice and most importantly, I feel safe living here."

"It's a great building with pleasant staff. My biggest issues have been high staff turnover (the building has been open for not even two years and we are on our third building manager), expensive internet vendor lock-in, and a steep pricing structure. The views are amazing though, so I suppose you get what you pay for?"
