"Nothing is ever repaired on time. I went 5 months with a broken oven. I live in a townhouse and both toilets are out of order for days. One maintenance man who doesn't speak English and is slow made matters worse. He doesn't know what he's doing and management is not concerned. They have made no effort to unclog the toilets and it's not sanitary to say the least. It's a rundown place and no effort is being made to improve things. It's a cheap place to stay for a reason."

"It has been over a month and a half since I had left these awful apartments after living there for 3 years, and I still haven't received my deposit back. No one ever answers the phone, email, or calls back when you leave a voicemail! There are so many problems with the property and management. It is ridiculous. I would like someone to contact me about getting my deposit! Edit: DO NOT rent for this company they are crooks and will steal your money. You will mostly like have to take them to court"

"You will not be able to get ahold of anyone. Nor will you be likely be approved. I've never been evicted, have decent credit, make plenty for the income requirement pass all other criteria yet I was denied and no one will return a message. Also the owner is full of it ive sent several emails and called several times and the person in charge of apps won't reply. Gonna claim bad credit yet my credit is much higher than the requirement."

"I have been living here for a year. I love my apartment. My neighbors are friendly. This is a great community to live in. I haven't had any problems since I been here. They come to fix things in a timely matter. Victor is a nice and honest guy. Im looking forward into staying here for a while. I give them 5 stars."
