"I would give zero stars to this place if possible. The grounds are disgusting and a health hazard. There are dog feces all over the place, some of it bloody. Management refuses to do anything to correct the issue, even though pets are getting sick due to their continued negligence. During the most recent snow storm, the site didn’t make any effort to plow or ice the pathways or roads through the complex. Saw numerous residents almost fall trying to reach the free garages this site so proudly advertises. The site is quiet during the day, but during the night your sleep may be serenaded with gunshots and nearby drag racing. If you express concerns at the office, you’ll most likely be given a blank stare and empty promises."

"Pretty place. Quiet neighbors, nice people in the office, nice pool, and nice cookout area. Close to hospital, shopping, and restaurants. Limited parking for guests. Safe to walk around and is pet friendly and mostly well lit. Recommend it."
