"If I could give zero stars, I would only reason why they got one star is because that’s the only way I could leave a review ! I reached out to the Apartments on Saturday, February 10th about black mold growing in my apartment! I had to reach out to them every other day for them to come out. They finally came out that following Friday feb 16th and this is how they handle the situation.! Literally, all they did was spray-painted it"

"I recently began renting here. This apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and nice. I had to contact the office, and I spoke with Kathy. Kathy was absolutely amazing, understanding, professional, and was able to assist me with what I needed! Other ladies in the office were absolutely amazing as well!"

"Adding on to my old review. The Meridian Trash. Here’s some images of the Landry facility you will be using… and theirs a lot of accounts that gave 5 star reviews that have only reviewed 1 place ever; that seems odd. Oh and the roaches are pretty bad; pest control doesn’t show up unless you go down to the front office and make an appointment… well for me they still didn’t show up and now I’m to busy to swing by. Oh dumpsters are frequently over flowing. My old review… Cheap but terrible. We have had no amenities other than the laundry facility till the laundry facility also closed. I wasn’t able to get my mail key for 6 months. They said USPS would change the lock then, they said they would take care of the lock change and put me on the lock change list, I came back; they didn’t have me on the list; put me back on the list, no word for awhile; went to the office they told me that I had to go to USPS to get me key. They didn’t communicate anything throughout this whole ordeal, I was ALWAYS the one reaching out. I am looking in to renewing my lease thus, I want to find out what that will cost me. They said they couldn’t figure that out because they were changing systems and I was told that I could come in on April 14 and then they could help me. Of course I came in on April 17th and they still couldn’t help me. NOTE: I will have to give notice that I am canceling my lease by the end of this month or my lease WILL automatically renew itself. I highly doubt they will be able to give me the amount I will be paying for the next term. NOW they have sent me a letter saying that I didn’t pay last months rent; since they changed the system no one was able to make payments online so a majority of people paid with money orders; I paid with my money order; the funds were taken out of my account and I was charged a $5 fee by my bank for that money order and I have the receipts for all of it. I could go on… I will be aiming to end my lease unless I get a deal."

"We've been here only two months and we have already had issues with rent and the contract. They aren't returning emails, they aren't answering their phone and won't call you back. I know it's popular bc of the cheap rent but if you can afford a different place I would. If I was corporate I would 100% clean house and fire everyone top to bottom. I hope this changes, willing to update this review if so."

"I have lived at The Meridian South for over three years now and let me tell you... DO NOT LIVE HERE. They will milk every dime off of you for a pool that they never open, a workout room that has been closed for three years, a laundry facility that is always dirty, and I could go on for days. Management is understaffed and seem like they don’t care. During the winter, they had a pipe burst in an unoccupied apartment and it took them over 24 hours to fix this pipe that had flooded everyone else’s apartment in the building. They proceeded to do nothing for those people who had their belongings ruined by the water. There is always trash everywhere. I have literally been told that the office doesn’t communicate with the maintenance staff so forget about anything being fixed on time. I had to have the Better Business Bureau come out during winter to get my furnace running while it was 0 degrees outside — since they neglected to fix it for over a week! If you enjoy being neglected, then this is the place for you! When AION management took over, they literally told me that it would get better and I have seen zero positive changes as the rent continues to increase. Invest your money elsewhere."
