"This place looks decent from the outside. In most cases it’s not bad, but it has some SERIOUS rat problems. I mean for 2 years I’ve asked the office to fully have our unit inspected to see where they’re coming in from. We have been terrorized for so long and the office keeps telling us to get different kinds of rat traps. I’ve done everything I can to insulate any holes I see from the outside and inside yet this place hasn’t been maintained well enough. Sadly it’s all the units along side mines that are dealing with the same thing but there’s still nothing being done about it. Isn’t this considered bad living conditions according to the housing committee?!?! Make sure you’re able to see your unit before signing on to live here. And also they said they only change carpets every 10 years, so we’ve been stuck with a dark, socked, nasty smelling carpet for 2 years. The only thing keeping us here is the affordability for our family and the fact that everything out there has increased."

"The most dirty apartment that I know yet. The staff are jealous, rude and out to charge for faulty things of the apartment. The lady that manages it threaten you any little with evacuation when you complain, she’s very jealous and mean to Africans because they are successful than they African American management. After I moved out, they never sent me a letter, they never returned my $500 down payment instead they sent me straight to collections demanding more payment without any explanation for what it’s for or what happened to my down payment. The apartment is already losing its touch because of the way they treat others especially Africans. In few years, I won’t be surprised if the apartment becomes an abandoned property. You’re not even safe here. I was robbed in the apartment, shot at 3 times but never once did the apartment came to check on me but they constantly send police to my apartment to harass me because I have more than one car and threaten me with towing. People get robbed at gun point and their cars are broken in when they wake up in the morning. Not secure at all. DONT MOVE IN HERE"

"These apartments are the worst!! I have lived here for 7 years and they have definitely went downhill!! They can’t keep a maintenance staff and the ones that they have is so incompetent it’s ridiculous!!! I am constantly dealing with water damage to my apartment that I can’t keep up!! When you call in a work order the person that answers the phone half the time don’t even take ur name or apartment number but yet always states that she will get someone over to fix it as soon as possible!! Or will check into something and will get back with u but to no avail!! I can’t wait till my lease is up so I can run as fast as I can away from here and I have taken so many pics and have so much paperwork from me questioning things it’s crazy!! PLEASE IF U NEED TO MOVE SOMEWHERE DONT MOVE HERE!!!! U have been warned!!!!"

"I would NEVER recommend anyone to live there!!!! They USED to be affordable!! They go up on the rent every 6-8 months stating its for maintenance fees insurance and supplies but NOTHING gets fixed!!!! They have the nerve to do inspections to make sure that the tenants are keeping up with the property but management doesn't!!!!! Where is the money going?????? I've been there for 5 years and have yet to have my carpet changed a new refrigerator new floors NOTHING!!! The complex next door Three Fountains did a COMPLETE gut and renovation and DID NOT raise their rent!!!! We got new cabinets WOW!!!!! This complex needs to be investigated!!!! Something ain't right!!!"

"A lot of teens from falcon creek hang out here and it results in crime, people getting robbed at gunpoint and doors kicked in! Very poor maintenance, if any, units are OKAY at best not kept up very well."
