"The old lady that works the office is horrible.. I wouldn't rent from anything to do with her!. I believe her name was beverly.. she is lucky she is not a dude!. Nuff said"

"It's decent. Maintenance is very responsive and always friendly and helpful. Security is another story. I have had both of my catalytic converters stolen while living here. They've told me they have a security guard, but never have I seen the security guard at all. I have also heard multiple stories of people I personally know having their cars ran through, and things stolen from them. If you value your vehicle/belongings, I would look in another area of town. Waterford doesn't really seem to care about the constant theft going on here."

"So far I love it here, I have a lot of space.. I live in an upgraded unit and it’s so nice, literally love everything about my apartment the lake view is nice too. The only problem I have is .. I have 3 toddlers and my neighbor under me want them to be quiet the whole time -_- every noise I make bother them, I want to enjoy my home in peace without anyone always complaining I pay high rent I should be able to live comfortably in my home .. other than that everything is good I’m planning on staying a while."

"This place has been a great spot to live for almost the last year. The renovations made to the unit compared to the old units is nice. The location is ideal both for my work commute and the surrounding places to eat/shop. The neighborhood is chill and well kept. Parking isn’t too big of an issue, and even with the tighter roads around it I rarely have an issue getting around. One of the bigger frustrations we’ve had has to do with getting in touch with management. Pretty much anytime we need to get in touch with them it’s usually a chore, and they’re not the quickest to respond. Outside of that and some issues with third party contractors being a bit hazardous/leaving our apartment a tad dirty when needing to work in it for the building I’ve had a really nice experience here."

"We have lived at Waterford place apartments since December of 2017! The apartments are extremely nice very spacious and the rent is extremely reasonable, if ever an issue arises the maintenance crew are there most of the time same day and they tell you each step of the way what’s going on. One gentleman has actually remembered my son (3) and my dogs name and greets them both every time he comes in! Sandi and Chad at the office are absolutely amazing! They help you whenever possible and truly show care and compassion for their tenants and property! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family! The pool is great in the summer and the maintenance crew are very quick to get sidewalks cleared and salted in the winter!! Moving from out of state to Indianapolis I am so glad that we found Waterford Place!!"
