"Do not come to this place. There staff are racist and do not want any African Americans living there. I tried applying for a two bedroom. With a high credit score and qualified for everything else was turned down for the color of my skin. Was not given a fair chance at and I will contact there corporate office for discrimination. They only want illegal immigrants applying."

"I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Worse place on earth to live. Not only are staff rude but maintenence are also rude and inconsiderate to others! Suppose to spray for roaches and they can't do that. Place is infested in all apartments and in hallways. Its bad when you walk out your door and see bugs..then you see mice running around just waiting for them to come in next. Will this place help get rid of all this? Nope! Been almost 3 years now and still no dishwasher..they said work order was done..what a lie. Office never believed us. I would tell EVERYONE you know to stay AWAY FROM LEGENDS OF SPEEDWAY!! THANKS....."

"3 stars because my leasing process has been a bit bumpy but the leasing agents have been doing good so far trying to work with me. Only complaint so far was that they canceled my first application without even telling me due to the app fee returning, they could have call me to resolve the issue before cancelling my first app and I would have paid whatever was necessary. But it was fairly easy to reapply .I have not moved in yet since I’m still waiting on a few things to finish up with my second application. But so far the agents have been patient, the leasing process is very easy, approval process is easy. One thing I do like is that they are usually available when you call the office, although you may have to call a few times. Also i know I’ve called a lot with questions about my app but I had not experienced any attitude or irritation from them . Once I’m in the new unit I’ll update my review according to my experience upon move in. But I want to applaud the ladies in the office on their patience with me throughout my application process."

"Everyone should come and see! I'm Abrhams Ortiz a resident here at The Legend and I'll share my opinions and experiences here. I hope it helps everyone. All the different times I have come to see the apartments without prior notice, I found the apartment complex Super Clean, always see people walking, security doing rounds, see cleaning staff doing rounds all day long verifying everything is up to date. All the information that was given was accurate and precise. All the different people I met were friendly, very diverse community so I liked that a lot. The staff were always friendly and even remembered the people who came including me by name. They also have dominance of both English and Spanish always available so it helps with the communication. Honestly I tried and searched for negative things or feedbacks everytime since couldn't belive how clean and great this place is and couldn't find anything bad. I encourage people to also come and see for yourselves this place. I already moved and live here and don't regret my choice.
