They will not fix anything.. this place in infested with mice and roaches .. from the 29 to the 31st of the month the property manager will call the tow trucks company theirselves personally to come check cars and tow them right before your rent is due… be aware of the propriety manger he is slick and will con you"

"There are many things wrong with this place. 1. Maintenance doesn't come in and fix anything they just put a bandaid on everything. Or leave you without for awhile doesn't matter if you have kids in the house and it's a necessity or something minor. 2. It's suppose to be private property but they got multiple people who go and park outside the apartments there and sleep in there car (in my experience the person outside my apartment was crazy and pulled a gun out on my husband for parking and supposedly trying to hit her after she had already been across the parking lot and in her car already before he even turned into that part.) So why do the residents need passes to park or they get towed but these people dont. 3. They do nothing about the filth there. The trash is everywhere but the dumpsters and if you live in a lower apartment and someone from floor up constantly drop trash down the stairwell the person at the bottom will be the ones charged for trash laying around but yet their whole property is covered in trash."

"Before making a decision to move here, please read this. 1. Roach and mice infested. When I first moved to this place I had 0 pests. After a couple months I saw 3-4 roaches around the kitchen, not that big of a deal, after being there for over a year we had tons of roaches everywhere. Then I started seeing mice, we had all together 3 mice in that apartment. I would tell them over and over and they would send someone once to spray and remove traps, but that's it. No continued maintenance care. 2. New management is so rude. Before we had a woman names Violette and she was great so sweet, professional and so helpful! Johan has a terrible attitude, is rude and extremely cold. On move out day he gave me a huge sigh because I asked if I could take out some stuff I forgot in 2 closets the day after I moved out. I had an NSF one time because I forgot to transfer funds over to my account, mind you I was always on time prior to the NSF, well because of 1 NSF he told me I had to wait 1 whole year before being able to set my account back up for auto pay. That meant I had to drive around town just to pay my rent every month, huge inconvenience for a single mother with 2 little boys. Over 1 mistake. 3. I was involved in a DV situation and they weren't willing to help because I did not have sufficient proof of income at the time. When I was paying all my rent and had been living there for over 2 years, I was a very good tenant, never caused any chaos etc. It says there is a gym, but I've never seen it. The pool is never open even after COVID. Laundry room never always works, many machines don't function correctly. Maintenance people are super nice, but do the bare min to complete a repair. We started having black mold growing in the bathroom, living room and bedrooms. Oh and let's not get started on how they spiked my rent by almost $400. In the end I was paying over $900 for a 2 bedroom and with everything I stated above it's just not worth it at all. Even though I'm not glad at why I had to leave, I'm glad I was able to leave and only because I had a legal right to do so. Think about moving here before you do."

"So far no major complaints. Maintenance answers requests quickly and neighbors are all very nice and welcoming. I’ve had no issues with water, or laundry usage as the other reviews have stated, and the office staff have all been helpful. Only thing is I think the rent in a bit steep for a one bedroom."
