"Giving a review for Michael on their maintenance team. I had an issue with my dryer not heating, and he was able to get the problem solved quickly. He also gave me some time to sweep out behind the drier before moving it back which I really appreciated. Overall was a really nice guy and got in and out fast."

"I’ve had a furnace issue for a couple of weeks now and each of the last two times my furnace went out a few hours after being worked on. Maintenance personnel Archie Malone worked on the furnace today and was thorough in explaining what my issue was, what he did to it to get it working correctly and how I could see the issue if an issue arises again. I appreciate the diligence by maintenance."

"I don’t typically leave reviews, but had to share that this is one of the worst apartment companies I’ve lived at. The maintenance team doesn’t respond, I lived a portion of July and August without A/C and all they did was give me a window unit (after having to request something) so I could hangout in my bedroom with my dog for two months while the rest of the apartment was 90 degrees, my heat went out numerous times, they never call back, they scammed me out of paying a full months rent when I moved out by saying my deck had too much stuff on it despite being there over a year with no issues. They are a joke and I would not recommend living there. They don’t care about anything except receiving rent."

"So I moved here earlier this year so me and my kids could start fresh. And honestly it hasn’t been that bad. The neighbors are pretty friendly, well mine were. The office staff has been nice and helpful. Even with the mailbox key situation, they definitely worked with me and communicated until we got it figured out. Whenever I call, and they miss the call, I get a callback to make sure everything is okay. Which I thought was nice, because other places I stayed didn’t really call back often or at all. When I needed maintenance to come, I didn’t have to wait long. Overall, it was nice to stay here."

"It would be less if I could. I was a new resident moving in with a current resident and the staff here cannot do anything without talking to corporate, do not communicate with each other and provide wrong or contradictory information. They are also terrible with communicating with the tenant and will lie to your face about providing anything in writing; so they can change it. They do not make the process of moving easy at all, especially anyone that is working 9 - 5. That's before we get into the actual state of the apartment. The apartment was built in the mid '80s and it shows. They update only when something breaks, and if you want to have ethernet ports installed, it's on your dime. The floorboards are completely creaky and the front doorknob was extremely rusted and pitted. I The rest of the apartment is 'okay' but it's nothing close to what you'd expect for $1500 - $1800 a month. Them 'getting the apartment ready' is obviously just a quick vacuum and maybe some paint. All of these issues and more were reported within an hour of signing the lease; which we couldn't see the unit prior to, and as of writing have not even been investigated."
