"Must of removed my commenting, but i’m posting again because now it has been 2 MONTHS, and they have still not fixed my fathers bath tub. This is disgusting & outrageous. This should be a health violation. You need someone to fix this now just disgusting. Fix it apartment A in 7484. My dad does not deserve to live in these conditions. I am one step away from calling my aunt who is a lawyer because if you guys aren’t fixing it then the rent needs to be reduced."

"I have lived here for about a little over a year.. As of about 2 months ago they are under new management and I have to say that they are so much better. Water heater was broken for 2 months and as soon as new management took over and u went to them about the air not working I had somebody over to fix it within an hour! I would most definitely recommend now that they are under new management ❤️"

"Not worth the money. Work orders take forever to get completed. My bedroom window has been leaking since the new window was put in 3 1/2 years ago. My living room window doesn't open, which I consider a fire hazard. I was told it would get replaced. That was a lie. They got it opened for me last year but it would never close. I have a leak in my ceiling in the living room. Work orders have been put in several times for the same things and still doesn't get fixed the correct way. A/C went out last year and it was 90+ degrees in my apartment. After a week I called them and told them I was filing a complaint and calling the news. They had my air fixed the next day. Vendors don't even come out anymore because they don't get paid. Grounds is always dirty. The grass gets so high that it attracts rodents. I can go on and on with the issues that go on over here. Let alone the Health Dept is always here for something. They are in charge of the IPL in the common hallways and when they don't pay the bill. The lights get turned off. When I say its pitch black its pitch black. You can't even see your hand in front of your face. Very unsafe. That's a magnet for crime. Don't waste your time. You get what you pay for. After several years of living here. It's time to go!!! 1 Star isn't worth it. It needs a BIG ZERO!!!!!"

"I lived here for about 4 years and I say the last 2 years were horrible. They can’t never keep the same people that work in the office nor maintenance men. I’ve seen at least 5or 6 different office people and I can’t even count on both hands of how many maintenance people I saw. Not just that but the apartments are junk and old need some remodeling in and out. I lived on the too floor and my air was never blowing out cold air during the summer when heat rises. Then the walls are so thin like literally the lady in the next building on the other side of my wall would smoke like a chimney and my whole apartment would smell like a pack of cigarettes not one cigarette but a pack. Her kids would bang on the wall and you could just hear every thing that they would talk about. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in this hell hole they are like 60 or 70 yrs old and nothing has been remodeled. The air doesn’t work good at all in the summer and these apartments were on the news about them not wanting to come fix stuff like the air and or they hire anyone off the streets to rig up stuff and it would work again for a few days and knock back out. So be very careful and do your research on these apartments before signing a lease."

"Rockwood apartments are awful . I call and call no one ever answers or calls me back when I have a concern . Maintenance takes forever to come and fix something or never calls back! People who live in these apartments are never a priority, it's whenever it's convenience for the office! I been robbed twice, in the same month. My money got stolen out of the drop box, they told me that it's a convenience. I can't wait til my lease is up I would NEVER recommend someone to live here!"
