"I’ve been living here for two years going on three and it started off rocky from the start. When I first moved in there were several difficulties with setting up viewing their apartment, receiving keys, and once I finally got my keys after looking at the property a lot of things were not ready. The patio screen door was off the hinges, blinds were damaged , sinks were clogged, and stove was dirty along with bathroom, not to mention carpet was laid very poorly and seems were coming up immediately. (Pictures are attached below) . Along with unpreparedness with management I had a lot of issues with management resolving work orders in a timely manner. Once new management came into play things continued to go down hill. Imagine receiving several emails every other day with only a days notice that people will be in and out your apartment for random things. Also packages being stolen, random people in your apartment building because your door isn’t secured nor is it fixed so anyone can come in your building. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate with noise and staff do nothing to resolve these issues. Lastly imagine being a single mother with a newborn baby, work full time, in school and coming home receiving a notice that you cannot renew your lease because your unit has been “randomly selected “ for renovations and you are to vacate your unit less than 60 right before Christmas. I called the office and was told by Maria I believe her name was that I would need to pay a $250 deposit to transfer into a new unit which is crazy because I didn’t asked to be kicked of my place. These people are unprofessional and don’t believe the good reviews because they write their own reviews."

"I believe they write fake from time to time. Whenever you have an issue with something they do and speak the truth in a review they like to bribe you to change it. They are ok but short notice with everything expect to get people coming in and out of your apartment every other day because they tell you the day before that they are coming in your apartment. By a camera. They will change the codes on the door without notifying all residents. Just unprofessional business. Again I believe some of the reviews are real and others aren’t."

"Our daughter moved in just yesterday. They leased her an apartment with a cockroach infestation and told her they would spray next week. In the mean time, we are all spending tons of money trying to kill off these roaches. Office staff won’t answer the phone, guess we have to just show up and demand this get fixed ! Balcony is just a piece of broken plywood, completely unsafe. Over $1000 to move in just to have to find other places to stay until the apartments make this unit habitable !! Legally…they need to offer her a habitable, safe, bug free option immediately! Let’s see if we can change this rating !!"
