"Horrible apartments & horrible maintenance!! They rose the prices for these apartments and have not updated a single thing! Every time I called for maintenance a lot of time it was about my cabinet drawers in my kitchen we’re broke. They were broke every since the first day I moved in and I talked to them about it all the maintenance did was come and place the drawer back inside the hole with no glue or anything which caused it to keep coming out. If I could rate 0 stars that would be their rating for sure. I moved here as my first apartment and this is the worst apartment. Every time I called the office they never pick up especially Olivia. The excuse for months has been, “I did not get any calls from you our service has been messed up” when she does answer the phone she always has an attitude or pretends the phone hung up! When I moved out early they decided to charge $400+ to my credit for not paying utilities for the rest of the year which they never discovered with me at all. I just got a paper in the mail at my next housing and it said that it was on my credit. When you move out early or break your lease the least you all can do is let us know that we have to pay utilities for the rest of the time on our lease! Rate 0"
