"Maintenance is great. Anytime something needs fixed they are swift at getting it done. All staff including the office staff, and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and personable. The complex is quiet and a great place to live. The dog walk area is a huge perk if you have a fury friend."

The maintenance staff is kind and respectful and I always feel safe and comfortable if they have to work on something while I am home. The lakes staff LOVE dogs which makes it all the better with my pup feeling at home just like I do."
"I have lived here for two years and just signed my third-year lease. The units are well-maintained, clean, and modern. But the reason I have stayed is the staff. The office staff is always available, genuinely friendly, and incredibly accommodating. In fact, my dog and I visit the office every afternoon for a treat (shout out to Angie for always making us feel welcome and keeping the snacks stocked)! The maintenance staff here is also great and shockingly responsive compared to other complexes I have lived at. I once lost my mailbox keys, and after entering my service request into their online system, I was presented with a new set the same day. They even helped me change a flat tire once, unprompted. These guys go above and beyond and keep this place looking great."
