"Absolutely Hate this place, disgusting and overpriced like most rentals tho. The place seemed to have potential and should be a good area, but it's full of ignorant people. You pay for valet trash yet the real compactor stays broke for months. And even tho there are strick "rules" about leaving trash out they must pick and choose - my neighbors leave trash every single day multiple bags, & boxes it's going to attrack rodents and looks disgusting. My upstairs neighbor lives alone yet even him walking is beyond loud. It smells like Marijuana everywhere you go. The animal owners never pick up after their dogs despite the "rules". There is feces everywhere, and their dogs yap all hours, there isnt even a park for them. On multiple occasions people have been seen peering in cars. If your apartment faces the lot have fun losing sleep, people pull in all hours of the day and leave hibeems on for long periods of time just hanging out. Inconsiderate people all around. The patio blinds weren't new at move and are now snapping despite not being touched. Maintenance IS relatively quick if you don't mind strangers whenever...I have constant issues with my bathroom sink and tub backing up not getting hot or abruptly scalding. Unfortunately with ongoing rates moving isn't always feasible for all...and they adjust it ever so to have you stuck longer term. A 15 month renual is over $100 more, a 1 month is over $400 more, and months between vary in between those increases which is insane. They ask for 60 days notice but put the letter on the door with 19 days until that 60 day mark of lease end. So rather Unfortunately I fear I'm stuck in a place that makes a relatively happy laid-back quiet person MISERABLE. Really dropped the Ball moving here. I pray it goes fast. Also, I was at least happy the store was close by, but don't get me started, I go out of my way because it isn't great either at all. Also, keep in mind this area still deals with heavy road construction potholes and rude drivers. A HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED RESIDENT."

"The noise from the upstairs neighbors just walking is so loud it wakes me up and scares my family and pets. The management doesn't care and refuses to do anything about it. Don't move here ever!"

"When my fiancé and I moved out of Dakota Ridge, I was ensured by the staff that our balance was settled and no future payments were required. 7 months after moving, I had a debt collection for $1,900 for a partial month's rent and an $800 damage fee. The apartment suffered no damage while we lived there and the management cannot tell me what the damage claim was for. If you move here, make sure to keep your own documents and take plenty of pictures before you leave. We are not the only people this has happened to. I've had several people say that they have had the same issues."

"We just moved to the property at the beginning of May from out of state. I will say that the application process was very tedious and we had multiple issues receiving answers and getting in touch with the leasing agent we had. Since moving in we’ve had a few minor issues but the staff has very quickly resolved them. Otherwise the whole process has been incredibly smooth. The front office ladies were apologetic and happy to help when I received an email that my first paid bill hadn’t been paid. The check had been entered into a duplicate account under my name that wasn’t attached to a unit. The whole ordeal was righted in under five minutes. Today our washer and dryer were delivered and the team claimed they couldn’t be installed due to issues with the hook-ups. We were told to call maintenance and have them fix the issue and that the Lowe’s team would return to finish installation but that we would have to pay a service fee. I contacted the front office and left a message. Sarah quickly called back and told me she had put in a service request. Maintenance showed up at our door in under five minutes! The three of them not only fixed the issue but also installed our w/d for us! Overall it’s still early into our lease but I truly couldn’t ask for better service or more attentive employees. Everyone has been happy to help, polite, and so kind to us. It all has made moving to a new area a little less intimidating. If you’re looking for a new place in the area or moving from somewhere far I can’t recommend touring this property enough! The amenities are fantastic and the property is secluded but not too far from anything you may need. The grounds are beautiful and the market price is most certainly fair. You’re definitely getting what you pay for at this property! Moving from a small town it was important to me that we picked an area where I could feel safe. The staff and property have not only managed that but also gone the extra mile to take care of us like family. We can’t thank Dakota Ridge enough!"
