"I had a 3:45 appointment for over a year to have a skin check. On the day of my appointment I went to the wrong SB Clinic on Day Rd. When I arrived to the proper place at 3:50, I had to wait in line for another 7 minutes. Upon getting to the front desk, the receptionist informed me my appointment was cancelled for being late and I could not come back until mid to late October. I will never return to chance the rude service I received. It is too bad that NP Malee Blue has to loose a patient with good insurance due to her front desk workers. I would also never chance taking work off again to be rejected for making an honest mistake."

"My son had a visit to the dermatologist last week, and the nurse practitioner was not the friendliest. My insurance doesn’t cover most of the medication’s and when I called for an alternative, they were extremely rude at the front desk will not be going back."

"The providers are excellent! The front desk receptionists are rude, unprofessional and moody. I have been there several times and each time the front desk seems to be upset that they have to check a patient in and stop their personal conversations.They are short with me and rude. Even though not one of the three has a patient they look at me stand by the “wait here to be called!” sign for several minutes. They are snippy and full of attitude. Last time I was there she asked me to tell her my full address and phone number out loud, but asked everyone after me for just the house number and last four of their phone number. Not sure why the 3 receptionists have such a nasty attitude? Be more friendly ladies you are the first face patients see and are a representative of your business!"
