"Horrible experience! I was tested for strep and Covid. They swabbed my cheek instead of my throat and I was told it was negative. This was in the evening, I went to midpoint afterwards and was swabbed and tested positive. While waiting in the lobby, the receptionist was sharing a patient’s personal information. She said and spelled the person’s name, told where he was from, spelled the country, explained to whoever she was talking to on the phone that the patient tested positive for TB and refused the chest x-ray even though they told him he could Infect the community and he didn’t care and left. She was loudly sharing all this information in the lobby when there were several patients waiting to be seen. Is this not a breach of HIPPA? I know this person‘s name, birthdate, that they tested positive for TB, and that they refuse to get a chest x-ray. Seems like that personal information should not be shared in the lobby of a medical place. We will never return here!"

"I really appreciate the easy check in by phone. Since I had laryngitis there wasn't anyway for me to try to explain why I was there. So it was nice a feature. All I had to is make a copay and very quickly I was called back. Staff were all friendly. They were interested in my opinion. I felt helped. Definitely recommend."

"Receptionist was friendly and efficient. The wait was a couple hours but people were seen as soon as possible I think. Nurse was helpful and caring. Dr was in quickly. I'm still having trouble with nausea and achiness but have another appointment today at your facility. Thanks so much for your nurturing attitude."

"My husband was very ill with the flu 2 years ago. The team at Physicians Urgent Care was awesome - from the front desk to the provider. Friendly, professional, and true concern for the patient. And it was very clean which was especially important since we were in the heart of COVID. Since I've been battling congestion and cough issues for weeks and my provider couldn't see me quickly I immediately thought of going to Physicians Urgent Care. Making an appointment online was easy and, once again, everyone was awesome (and it was still really clean)! In and out in less than an hour. I even chose to be seen even after being told I was out of network for my insurance. Highly recommend them!"
