"My mother was here after a massive stroke and she was non verbal and paralyzed and blind in her right eye. Every time we asked how she was doing we got attitude, we could never get a straight answer on anything everyone who works there gave different answers. My mom’s room always had trash on the floor. Her clothes were always on the floor and had urine on them. If you reach out to anyone higher up nobody ever gets back to you . They threw a fit cause I stayed the night with my mom one night to see how her therapy was going myself since I couldn’t get an answer. They left my mom in a recliner in the corner of her room without a call button with her door shut she could have fallen and nobody would have noticed..Please pay attention if you have to put one of your family members here especially if they can not speak for themselves cause they will not be taking care of them correctly. Very sad that nurses and assistant’s act the way we experienced only there for a pay check not good patient care. I would never suggest this place for rehabilitation for anyone ever. Worst experience I have ever had.."

"Its difficult when you are sick but the northern indiana rehab center can make your illness less painful. I was there for weeks fighting a shoulder operation and blood clots in my leg. They understand how to help you. My arm and shoulder are getting the proper exercise and my leg is much better with the correct medicine and physical and occupational therapy. My best regards to Chris and Jane in physical therapy and Sarah in occupational therapy. At one point I was getting released when the staff saw I was not ready. They stopped me and literally saved my life. I cannot say enough about the caring individuals that work there and look after each and every patient. If you need a rehab center I would highly recommend this facility."

"My father in law stayed there for a little while, because he had a leg amputation. He said he would recommend it to everyone they have a very nice facility. Friendly staff, very clean facility, great physical and occupational therapies. Good food for the most part. Sorry he's just not a fish person at all. Lol! The ppl in the front lobby are very courteous!"
