"Scheduled lab work online for the Main Street Mishawaka location. Gave my information and said I wanted to use insurance. Even gave my member number and group number. Went to my appointment and the office was closed. No clear directions on what to do or number to call. Took a chance and went to the Day Rd. Office. They were open but only gave excuses why offices were changed. Nurse was very nice and did a great job taking my blood. She finished and I asked do I need to check out? She said no you’re all set. Checked my bank account today and Pixel Labcorp on demand charged my card $99. I called and after a lengthy time on the phone the rep for Pixel finally got on and said we don’t accept insurance. WHAT? She said that ordering the lab is a totally different thing than scheduling the appt. She said somewhere in their website it says they do t accept insurance. I said then why does it ask for it when you schedule appt? She just kept saying it’s on the website. Total scam and very misleading!!! BEWARE!!!"
