Best Western Plus Greenwood/Indy South Inn

"Loved the room, loved the free breakfast, and loved the service. The only problem I had with this hotel was the pillows. They only had 4 pillows on our king-size bed, and they were small and thin. I went down to get more, and they only had one in storage!"

"Wanted to have a little birthday party for my 7 year old grandson. Was told no parties. Stayed on 02 24th, 2024, had to leave the pool area because an entire girls' gymnastic team, 25 girls plus coaches, took all the towels to dry the floor so they could practice. They moved all the tables to block the entire side of the pool deck so no one could walk all the way around. Then they told us to quit splashing and to be quiet. They were doing flips and dance moves on the tile. I can't believe the parents are OK with their little girls doing this without mats or protection."

"We stay here every 3 months or so, when we come to Indianapolis for dr appts and/or to see our grandsons. This time we were VERY disappointed. Front desk check In was excellent. Very nice young lady, very professional, very friendly and helpful. Room was a double queen, pet friendly. The room this time was dirty with long hair in the bathroom, stained bed comforter, repairs needed in the bathroom. Glad there was no carpet in the room. Over all way below what we have experienced here. Pool was awesome. On check out day @ 9am we get a knock at the door and a lady said she was suppose to have our room. Not until 11 I explained. She left. 20 min later the cleaning staff wanted to clean because they said someone needed the room. Very, Very disappointing. When I asked the front desk, they apologized and said someone had given our room number as their check out and it was the front desk clerk that was knocking on our door the first time. This could have been handled with just a phone call to the room. Other things to consider: Good water pressure, 4’6” pool, kids like crazy!! 2 bath towels for 4 people and 2 wash towels. Swimming pool had hand towels to dry off with. Breakfast was nice. See the pics for cleanliness! Not sure if we will stay here next time."

"Amazing hotel. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. Pet friendly is definitely a plus! The water pressure in the shower was excellent. My wife even said the coffee in the lobby was really good. This place is definitely at the top of my list for the place to stay when I'm in this area!"

"It's been a long time since we stayed at a hotel where we didn't feel like we had to Lysol the whole place down. We stayed 4 nights with two adults, a teenager and our German Shepherd. It was impeccably clean, no odors in the hallways or rooms, had thick walls, decent enough breakfast and satisfactory service. We come to Indy every year so we will definitely be returning."
