"Neighbors are nosey and management is very much unaccessible, rude, and do not follow Fair Housing laws. There is one particular neighbor who is constantly calling and "tattletales" on everyone for any little thing."

"Son and Daughter in law lived here it’s roach infested to say the least and flooring was leveled out with cardboard boxes and started coming apart. They are trying to charge them $6,000 upon moving out after the lease was up. If you move in make sure you document everything like we did. Can’t wait for the court date so we can make these people look as stupid as that $6,000 is."

"Management is neglectful at best. Cancelled our first appt (no biggie); 2nd appt the "agent" (no sure her official title) sat in her car until we got out and walked the apartment which was having the carpet cleaned. She didn't even greet us, I had to ask who she was. The apartment had a broken kitchen window and screen, the stove had 4 broken electrical burners, and the kitchen vinyl flooring was peeling back from inside the closet. We didn't tour the rest of the unit, we'd seen enough between the lackadaisical communication and the needed kitchen repairs----this was supposed to be "move-in ready" apartment. The owner of this propety should be concerned and future residents should he leary."
