"I have lived here for awhile now and I love it. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Jordan in the office. She’s always super helpful and prompt in her communication. There was one time I had a maintenance issue, and I called her directly. Turns out she was out sick with COVID but she still got the maintenance team out within ten minutes. Love this place!"
"My boyfriend’s daughter lives here we have been staying with her recently because she is a single mother and is 7 months pregnant. I got my vehicle towed without being tagged. She told management that her dad has been staying with because she is pregnant and they said that’s fine he should have a parking permit. So yeah I get towed. Harassment for sure!"
"I have been a resident at Auburn Place for over 10 years and with each new management company, I had noticed the property started to deteriorate. However over the last 6 months with the new ownership, amazing office staff and maintenance team, I have seen a huge improvement. I even got my A/C fixed finally which had not been working for over a year because it was installed incorrectly last summer. They also repaved all the roads and got the pool repaired so we could enjoy the water all summer! I've seen the office and maintenance staff here way after hours handling resident issues so that we all have a great place to call home. The last company only seemed to care about filling vacancies and not about the residents but that has all changed with Stan Residential. I'm excited to see this property being restored back to its original beauty!"
"We have been here a little over a month & to say we are highly satisfied is an understatement. We have gotten all the accommodations we need along with amazing service from everyone here. Jordan from the office is the absolute best. Although there are negative reviews we have not one negative thing to say about living her. It’s quiet, spacious, clean, our neighbors are kind & we haven’t had a single issue since our move in & we can’t say that about the last place we lived. I would recommend these apartments to anyone we know & anyone we do not know! We plan to stay here a long long time. :)"
