"We moved into Meridian Oaks this past July and while our building has had its share of hiccups (I had a toilet I couldn’t use for almost two weeks!) I have been nothing but pleased with the staff and their handlings of our issues. In regards to my toilet being unusable for two weeks, we had plumbers on site every day for that entire period working to rectify the situation, and the staff kept me updated every step of the way. We had a small leak in the master bathroom ceiling that was fixed immediately. The building itself has had some major plumbing problems due to faulty parts which the plumbing contractor came out and replaced. It’s important to note that while some of these issues are major, management staff always took them very seriously and worked diligently to correct the problem. Unlike some places I’ve lived where quick fixes are the go to for everything, so far repairs done in my unit have been quality work and haven’t caused me problems since. If you’re looking for a place that has quality management and well maintained units, you would be wise to apply for an apartment here."

"The management and maintenance staff provide excellent customer service to their residents.They are very professional, friendly, responsive, and accommodating to any needs you may have. The community is small, quiet, and is located within reasonable distance to everything such as restaurants, shopping, and attractions. If you are looking for apartments that provide a clean, safe environment and offer excellent customer service, I highly recommend considering living at Meridian Oaks!!"

"I have lived at Meridian Oaks for 12 years and love it. The staff has always been friendly and professional. If I ever have a maintenance issue, it's quickly resolved in a timely manner. I've never had an issue with maintenance going into my apartment without me being home. I recently moved into the new building and absolutely love my apartment. It may be a small complex, but that it what I like about it. If you are looking for a great place to live, I would highly recommend Meridian Oaks Apartments."

"All around a nice place to live at a good price. My only complaint is that maintenance and office seem to lack communication at times. Luckily we didn't need maintenance super often. The apartments are gorgeous inside. Completely updated and overall just felt clean. Loved the price of rent compared to a lot of other updated apartments in the area."
