"I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Slate Run for four years, and it was a fine place to live. The location is great for Carmel and Northside stuff, and there are a couple convenient entrances to 465 if you need to go further afield. For the size of the apartment, the amount of storage space was stupendous - there was even an attic. I never had any major maintenance work needed, but when something small came up (clogged dishwasher, kitchen halogen light burnt out), the staff was fairly responsive and the issue was fixed within a few days. Lanie in the office is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I was pleased with my stay here!"

"I lived here, moved, and moved back the following year and have been here for the past 2 years. I absolutely love this apartment complex. It is so quiet, newer buildings, super nice on the inside with great lighting, nice walking paths around in the neighborhoods, parking available at all times, and lastly, great staff. I have never had an issue with maintenance or the office staff. Lanie is great! My only complaint is that the gym is very small, but also, most of the time, no one else is there. Oh also, a big one for me, no bugs! Of course there are some outside, but I have not had any issues inside my apartment. All this to say, this has been my favorite apartment complex in Indianapolis!"
