"Pickwick is a nicely located, thats about it. There is a huge update needed, the maintenance staff doesn't speak much English and makes repairs somewhat difficult and the unit itself is very outdated! I've had problems with spiders. I had a horrible leak in my bathroom, this lasted two days. I had bodily waste leaking from the upstairs unit and took pictures It was such a horrible experience. I am still currently waiting to hear back from the office. I also have health issues that have arose from the spiders. I would love to recommend for the location, however the units themselves; they are quite old and outdated. Every month it seems that they shut water off for a day or two and its a huge inconvenience. I have missed more work than I would like due to this, and it just happened again today! (12/4/23) I cant dare be late on rent, but they put my in positions to have to miss work due to this. And not once have I been compensated for time/money lost. Staff is a miss. I would be wrong is bashing them all, however to have a sitting property manager hang up on you, when trying to get understanding on a situation is very upsetting I gave one star due to the spiders I was bit by have caused lasting issues with my health and skin and having to replace my entire bathroom at a rate they felt my personal items was worth was and has been upsetting, there was someone let into my unit without my permission and they allowed they staff to tell me I consented to it and I didnt, and the monthly water shut offs I go through. If I could give no stars I would."

"Pickwick Farms is a great place to live if you're looking to get the most bang for your buck. The apartments are spacious, the crown molding is beautiful, and the neighbors are very friendly. My favorite part about living at Pickwick is the helpful office & maintenance staff. After moving in I noticed some minor issues and the staff was very quick to help me get those issues resolved. If I'm out walking my dog and the maintenance team is around, they always make a point to say hi to me and make me feel welcome in the community. I would 100% recommend living here- you can't beat the price, service, or convenient location!"

"My honest review of Pickwick Farms Apartments is that it’s a nice place to live. The unit looks as expected and I’m very pleased with it. It’s spacious and with nice privacy as well. The land is relaxing and fresh, with areas for pets and a playground. The pool is enjoyable and open for summertime, which is sometimes rare for other places. The people who work here are very good at their jobs and fix issues quickly. They are understanding and go the extra mile. The area overall is pleasant and near various places to eat or purchase items which makes things convenient. I’m enjoying my lease here and would recommend to anyone interested."
