"If I could give less than a star I would. This complex is trash. Apartments don’t keep heat at all good luck throwing your money away. Heater does what it wants when it wants. And don’t even get me started on management. Pam is a straight monster. She’s a snarky and rude. Never in my life have I lived somewhere management actively was out for their tenets. Oh and make sure you plates can be seen and right stickers on it because they will come tow your car in the middle of the night. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. I could sit here and go on and on about how terrible this place was. Watch out for geese too they attack kids and poop all over your sidewalk. Stay away!!!!!!"

"Roach problem for months exterminator came in twice and nothing has been done to help roaches come back within a day of extermination literally everywhere bathrooms,bedroom,living room, closets I keep the apartment as very clean as I can and there has been no help from the apartments in this situation. (Let me not forget we had mice problems as well and still find some running around in the back patio)"

"Stayed here with my family for years. Breeza was the nicest at the office but she's gone. Pam is always rude and gives an attitude. Our upstairs bathroom began creating mold and flooding the ceiling of the kitchen and maintenance only repainted over the mold. Did the same for the whole bathroom. We were "guaranteed" carpet shampooing and wall painting and NEVER received it. We were guaranteed a move to another unit bc the patio would flood our living room and hallway and NEVER got it. the past few months, RATS have been EVERYWHERE downstairs. Nothing done for it. All these issues and rent went from $765 to $1,100. Finally, we're moving."
