"Does not respond to maintenance request. I’ve lived here three months and no one has given me a mailbox key and every time I ask for one they have some excuse as to why they can’t get me one. There are electrical issues with my apartment and no one will fix them. Update I have been without heat for two days now. Yesterday I called the maintenance man six times and they kept only messing with the thermostat even though it’s clearly a problem with the furnace. No professional was called here. It is the next day they are still no professional no word on when a professional is coming. I was given a small space heater that turns on for about 30 seconds, and then kicks off. Effectively admitting almost no heat so I went and bought two space heaters last night one for my room and one for my sons room. When I plugged them both in all of my outlets, went out in both bedrooms. And I went to the breaker box thing that it was tripped. Nothing was tripped. I have no electricity and either one of my bedrooms. Called in Emergency Maintenance request for that this morning have yet to get a response."

"Trashy nasty apartments full of mold! I think I’m being wrongfully evicted because I keep complaining about the mold in my apartment. She gave us two weeks to get out after an argument that happened with kids and said it wouldn’t be an eviction and come to find out she lied and put the eviction on me still! Stay away from these moldy trashy scamming apartments! They you one thing and do another! They have one dumpster in the whole apartment complex and it’s always over filled! I have had mold In several areas of my apartment and all the do is paint over it!"

"Tenants continue to put in maintenance requests that go unfulfilled. A/C units leak and cause mold in the utility closet and carpet. Carpets have not been cleaned or replaced. Many elderly and folks on disability live here who are being taken advantage of (forced to sign their lease renewals 4-5 months before the current one expires). Shame on this company!"

"My Bae lives here and we can't wait to NOT renew the lease. This place is just a bunch of falsehoods and misleading information. No one is ever in the office to take care of issues and the issues that are present are ignored until payment isn't made, then it's all about eviction...smh"
