"Applied for an appt and the day I got approved another resident came in to report their car been stolen from parking lot. I changed my mind right then and asked for my security deposit 150$. They told me it is going to be in my mail in three weeks. I never received it and checked again in two months to find out they were sold to another company. They gave me the number and said we don’t have nothing to do to you. I called the old owner and left messages. But no respond. I accepted the reality that I was scammed. They are Ghetto don’t waist your money there are better places saver and same price. Or even less."

"I just moved in but the whole process was as smooth as possible! Coming from a different state is hard to coordinate but Mari was the most helpful person I have ever encountered. There were many curve balls but everything was handled really well!"

The community is clean, quiet, and has great amenities. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a peace of mind, and a beautiful home. I am excited to be a resident."

"I am so happy to call this place my home. I’m surrounded by the beauty of nature all around which is a BIG plus for me and my family. We’ve lived in several locations in the Westside, but by far this has been my favorite. The location is great and the staff knows everyone by name. I feel a true sense of community living here. The only thing that would make this place better would be a playground/ swing set.. something for the kiddos to play at. Other than that 10/10!"
