"Staffs are nice, but changes often. I Apartments are good. Maintenance guys are awesome and very responsive. Beware of high water bills and don't expect any mercy from them if due date for any bills are breached."
"I would not recommend unless you are ok with your rent increasing every year as mine has and paying a high waste and water bill you have no control over."
"The staff was wonderful and worked with me during the approval process. I was initially denied, but they helped me to do the couple things needed to get approved. Thank You guys so much!!"
"Save your the hassle from renting here they are money hungry My son and his girlfriend lived there for 3 years because they go to college at IUK there. They have never been late on a rent or had and complaints on them. This year my other son and a family friend are going to college there too and they were trying to transfer to a 3 bed townhome. They denied them the transfer to the 3 bedroom and said they will only do 2 two bedroom apartments (doesn’t make sense to me. They just want more money and we would have an empty room.) And then I was working with them for about 8 weeks before they gave me the answer about that (so when I said that wouldn’t work because we’re not gonna play more money and have an empty room it was too late for the 60 day notice for leaving and they still charge them two months of rent for not turning in a 60 notice. Plus they always had mold in the upstairs bathroom and the shower would have the time not work and have slugs in the there townhome all the time"
"Here are just a few of the many, many reasons my husband and I moved out of this place: • Upon moving in, the carpet was still wet and heavily damaged with paint all over it as a result of sloppy painting. We went to the office multiple times for compensation or some kind of compromise on rent, which we never received. Instead, the then-property manager offered us dinner, which we declined. • In 2020, it took DAYS for the apartment to actually ensure that the parking lot was plowed and the sidewalks were shoveled. When I called the office to report my concerns, they stated that it was because they were short staffed and offered no solution. Also in 2020, the apartment complex failed to provide our building with salt. As a result, everyone in the building, including elderly and handicapped tenants, had to maneuver around huge chunks of ice and piles of snow all over the sidewalk. The lines in the parking lot were not visible for months. • The building upkeep is practically non-existent. They carpets in the shared hallway are old, filthy, and disgusting. • The staircase to the upper apartments is unstable. • The laundry room is very unclean, and the washer and dryer units are super old and function very poorly. To top it off, there is ONE washer and ONE dryer each for eight apartments and four townhouses to share. Needless to say, we had to take our laundry elsewhere. • The balconies on the upper apartments are unusable due to the complete lack of support. • The location of the complex is awful. Not only did our windows in particular face a car dealership with bright lights that were on 24/7, but it’s also next to a gas station and a stop light where vehicles constantly drove by/stopped at the gas station with their bass on full blast, shaking the entire building. • Parking rules were not enforced on other tenants. Consequently, there was rarely a parking spot available, and tenants would frequently take up two parking spots with just one vehicle. Despite filing several complaints, this was never resolved. • Despite paying nearly $700 for rent, there were NO light fixtures in either bedroom or the living room. Save yourself the trouble. Don't move here."
