Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kokomo South

"Everything from the time I checked in to even after I checked out was horrible. The person at the front desk didn’t even bother checking my identification or anything before checking me in which was a little scary. The tv had 2 huge lines through them making it annoying to watch. The refrigerator was making a lot of loud and weird noises so my wife couldn’t sleep. Then before we checked out, we had the do not disturb sign on and they opened our room anyway when my wife was in the bathroom. THEN, the day after we checked out, I got a call asking if we checked out. My wife got the receipt the day before so it’s obviously not an organized hotel at all. The only good things were the staff was nice, the room was seemingly clean (even though they had this big ugly sticker near the toilet telling you not to flush obvious things down the toilet) and they did have late check out till 2 which is later than most holiday inns. But with all the things that were wrong, I can’t rate this hotel with more than 1 star. I go to hundreds of holiday inns and this was one of the worst experiences I had."

"This is a great place to stay. Been here a couple times. Staff is always nice and friendly, so far my experience has been that overall the installations and the rooms I stayed at are very clean and fresh. Beds are very comfortable too. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice and decent stay."

"I had to stay here for 5 weeks for business. Staff was very friendly and helpful during my whole stay. Rooms were clean each week I checked in and if anything happened to be broken, they fixed it within the day. You can tell they try to keep the hotel in top shape. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has to stay in Kokomo for work or fun"

"This is a very nice and clean hotel. Must be fairly new since the fixtures are ultra modern. Was impressed. The breakfast was not available until 7:30 am on the weekends which was too late for us and the event we were in town for. Overall a really nice place."
