"Terrible about handling business. Nobody works on-site so when you need to handle business it's hard to get in contact with someone. Definitely would not recommend and the rent just went up this year and the complex is not worth the price. Extremely difficult to get any questions answered or anything accomplished at these apartments."

"My fiancé, 5 month old daughter and I currently live here. We’ve been living here a year and five months. Would not recommend! We’ve had black mold under our water heater, graphing for about a year now. We’ve been In contact. The first couple times I told Ashley Laird and she basically said I was lying. I took it upon myself and pulled up the tile. The wood is just covered. I took pictures and sent them to the property management team. They told me they’re take care of it and get us moved out on a maintenance emergency and take care of it. And they still expected to charge us for rent and security deposit for 2 bedroom. Even though I’m being moved out on a maintenance fee. Will be getting a lawyer and suing!"

Before Ashley Laird took over it was a horrible place to rent from but since getting new management they have put a lot of work into making the site look better, run better, and making sure the residents are happy—while being polite and communicating effectively. Definitely happier to be renting here now that Ashley has turned things around!!"
