"THEY HID MY FIRST REVIEW :) If I could give this negative stars I would, right when I moved in we found actual rabbit poop and bedding in multiple cupboards. They obviously don't actually clean the place and they just slap paint on everything. My stair railing was wet for weeks and I couldn't close any of the doors because the paint was so thick on there. Then the water heater broke and they left it leaking in the apartment for weeks without replacing it because they didn't have any on hand. Our heat went out in the winter and they barely tried to fix it. The maintenance team is incompetent because they break everything before they fix it. When out heat went out the FIRST time he broke a peice off and that meant we had to wait weeks. It broke TWO more times and they didn't even replace the whole thing so don't expect to use heat. They had a strobe light installed in the ceiling fan downstairs and when they came to change it they didn't put the glass globe thing back on and just left the light without a cover so I had to put it back on myself. The maintenance guy actually tore off my back screen door and DIDNT PUT IT BACK he left it there even though I was right next to him. The windows and doors all have gaps so bugs can get in and im 100% sure there are animals in my walls cause I've been hearing scratching and rustling in the walls that aren't attached to other units. The carpet is greasy and the kitchen tile is sticky and it was like this when we moved in. She showed us a different unit before we moved in so I wasn't expecting everything to be so bad. If you believe that they have anything new in these apartments you are wrong and don't fall for it. You can tell they attempted to clean the walls in the bathroom cause there is a gross brown stain like it was brown water dripping down the walls and ceiling. If I try to use 2 things downstairs at the same time the breaker shuts the power downstairs. Then the AC broke in the middle of humid and hot summer and they took a whole 5 weeks to fix it and he came several times and could never fix it ,but he only came after we called and complained that he said he'd come the next day but never showed. Of the 3 times maintenance came into our apartment when we weren't home they left the key in the door and it was unlocked 2 times. So for your privacy and health just skip this place like don't even call just ignore it. I literally wouldn't live here again if they paid me."
"New management (Stephanie) and staff are doing a great job remodeling is coming along well. Update 11/3/2020 Stephanie is gone this place is spiraling down hill. Don’t move here I had an issue with my rent you can only reach the owners by email no phone number and they don’t reply to emails so go figure. Once this lease is up I’m out of here. I’m taking my stars down to a negative -0. Let this place be the last on your list. It’s dirty over priced and outdated. There are low income apartments in Kokomo that are nicer than this slum village."
"Waited for them to "remodel" the apartment which was basically throw paint on the walls and shampoo the crusty burnt carpet. The refrigerator "claimed to be new" has expansion foam spewing out of the seams and sounds like a tractor when it runs. No AC and the windows are just barely in their frames. The tenants are less than desirable and parents let 3 yr olds run the streets. Requested that the live animals living in my bedroom wall be removed "December" it is now may and nothing was addressed. I'd give them 0 stars if it were an option. $700 a month to live in squaller. But the managers Will call you at 8am and over the most trivial things."
"We have lived here since Dec 2012 and the last few months have been awful. We have a leak above our shower that nobody seems to know how to fix. The office hasn't answered our emails lately and the company decided to raise our rent $50. They take advantage o good people so buyer beware because all they care about is money. If we could afford to move we would have been out a long time ago. The company is pushing people out. We have not had a remodel. With the negative tempsit has been awful because the townhomes go new windows and it's not their fault that 2020 happened but they need to come up with a resolution to fix our cracked window. Plastic would not help.Ive reported several times of things that needed to be fixed over the years and after dozens of maintenance people and property manangers....only a few times things have been fixed. The good maintenance men and property managers that were awesome were smart to leave and I don't blame them one bit. As got the water leak...we have black mold now."
