"this apartment complex started out really nice for my family but later turned out to be the worst. they will NEVER EVER answer your phone calls and it takes days from them to even return them, if they even bother to do that. neighbors are not courteous of others. doors slamming, banging on the walls at night, creepy neighbors, people blaring their music at 3am. but overall, our a/c was broken for months. they kept saying it was resolved by leaving little note cards but in 2-3 days time it would be broken again. it was empty conversations with the maintenance man who would say he’d stop by at this time and then NEVER show up. our apartment would be at 80+ degrees. i do not recommend these apartments."

"My friend and I signed a one year lease here, and it was the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. The property manager never answers the phone, the maintenance team lacks initiative & care, and other tenants did not abide common courtesy. When issues occurred with our apartment, I attempted to call maintenance to have them fixed; yet, the only time we received help was before an inspection occurred for the complex by an outside company. Not to mention, the “fix” by maintenance was mediocre at best, because it became a problem again 3 days later. Although the apartment we paid for was a reasonable price, the lack of communication and safety juxtapose this facet. There was an incident at the complex involving an active shooter, but no mention was made to improve security, compensate tenants, or acknowledge the situation at all. To preface this next statement, this isn’t the direct fault of the complex; however, another issue we incurred were our upstairs neighbors constantly fighting, stomping, dropping furniture, and disturbances throughout the day and night. 0/5 stars, please look elsewhere if considering renting in Kokomo. While I understand no complex is without its issues, Autumn Trace has no regard for its tenants and the lack of communication is despicable. Please look into other complexes in the surrounding area, as many are competitive in price."

"10/10 the worst apartment complex in the whole world the first day I stayed someone was taken out on a gurney not exaggerating and in the winter everyone fights for parking spots. Also no cameras, my catalytic converter was stolen without being able to give evidence."

"i don’t recommend this place. they never answer the phone, take days to get back with you (if at all), & if you need them to fix any issues.. good luck. my friends live there and have been without a/c for weeks. i wish it was a good experience but it definitely wasn’t."

"Fantastic property manager with a great maintenance team. Prompt response to the rare problem that may arise, and they make sure we're taken care of. Quiet complex in a safe area, yet exceptionally close to everything you could possibly need. Love living here."
