"I called on a day that seemed to be busy and I was flustered because of delay with processing. Joseph was a big help in explaining things and helping me to be sure things will be okay. I’m a happy resident. The only issue I have is with pest control. I believe this area needs improvement but overall I’ve had a good experience living here."

"I really enjoy this property. Maintenance does a good job with coming out and helping when I put in requests. The gentleman at the office is always very polite, professional, and helpful. Lots of community engagement events. I hardly go but I always see things being promoted. I’ve even worked with their community engagement director and did a summer dance program at the clubhouse. Lots of opportunity to get involved and make an impact on the community your coming into. The my 2nd apartment in Indianapolis and so far way better than my last experience."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would!! The worst place I ever lived in my life!! Townhomes are overpriced. They are filled with cockroaches and are very outdated. The basement was filled with black mold.. very poor ventilation as well.. save your money and your time!! Do not move here!!"
