"Had a broken fridge. Requested one that works and they gave us one full of roaches. We’ve had leaks 3 different times throughout the last 2 years. No cameras or security. Don’t recommend at all. Not worth your money."

"They never answer the phone. Never fix the heater. Never open up laundry’s. Staff is very rude especially office staff. 0/10 would not recommend."

"A severe roach infestation , even with monthly pest control & following their instructions because all of the units are connected via vents. Cost us thousands of dollars when it came time to move bc we had to throw out all of our appliances & anything that a roach could live in (tvs, washer, dryer, microwave, blenders, playstation, all the expensive stuff). Not to mention the mice! Ruined everything we had in the coat closet & trust me we are not dirty people by any means! I’ve lived in the middle of corn fields for most of my life & have NEVER had a problem with mice &/or roaches ever! This place needs shut down by the health department, can’t believe it’s legal for them to move people in KNOWING that these apartments are infested. I moved in here pregnant with my 1st born & felt disgusted that I had to bring him home to this place. Do better !"

"First off, I don't live here and I don't plan on it after what happened to me today. I set up a tour to view the place and got confirmation and a reminder. I just moved here and staying with a friend and drove 34 minutes to my appointment. Upon arrival, there is graffiti on one of the vacant units. I drive to the leasing office, get out my car, and walk to the door only for it to be locked and a sign that says the office will be closed on December 14th. No response to my call or text. I went across the street to Scarborough Lakes and their office was OPEN so I applied with them. GREAT RATES!! Move in date is January 19th."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. They rarely answer maintenance calls. The water is shut off constantly with no type of notice. They do not answer the office phone. You have to go above and beyond to get things done. Call non stop, call corporate, call board of health in order to get some type of response out of them. To the point where your extremely frustrated. The leasing agents are not friendly and are unsympathetic to any problems you may have. I could go on on. Those are just a few issues! This is a before and after picture. Since new management things have gone down hill for me as a tenant! TO PMR companies bring back your previous manager! She was personable, easy to talk to, sympathetic towards your issues, answered the phone etc. as you obviously can see they get around your questions and concerns all the time. As you can see from their response the only issue that they mentioned in the response was about the water. UNFRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF was not even brought up or the list of all other issues. ALSO there is no drop box. so what about the people that cant make it to the office during office hours, they'll put a late notice on your door."
