"Applied for a one bedroom and told the owner I have two babies before submitting the application, after paying the fee applying sending all of my information in (which I included both my daughters on) I was in the process of doing the lease when I was informed the occupancy would be too high despite the fact that my two kids (of the same gender) would take the bedroom. I understand that may be too high but I should have been informed that when I first called before paying the application fee. A week of waiting just to be told that it was not going to work out so time waisted would be my biggest complaint beside the 35$ application that I wouldn’t have paid had I known from the start the occupancy would be too high I would have just said the two bedroom. Very poor communication on their end. I’m writing for any other parents so they can be aware before paying the fee and getting to the final process just to be turned down for information that was available from the start."
