"Not very happy with my move out -I cleaned the apt perfectly-during the walk thru I was told that it didn’t even looked like it had been lived in because it was so clean. I provided them w/ my forwarding address for my deposit . I was told I would be receiving my deposit back. Never received my deposit -tried calling and emailing multiple times. It appears I’m being intentionally ignored . I’m sure they prefer to overcharge residents for addl cleaning/damages. They do not make money by actually returning deposits even when they’re earned ."

"We have had a largely positive experience here! The only truly negative thing I have to say are in regards to the old management company. Thankfully, Herron Management group has taken over and really seems to be trying their best to keep their residents happy and work with them as much as possible. I would highly recommend giving this place a chance given the new change. They have been extremely helpful to us since taking over recently! They’ve been transparent and have answered all of our questions and contacted us in a timely manner when we needed them. We have seen more communication from them in the last 2 weeks than we ever did with the previous company. I can definitely see that their priorities lie more with their residents which is how it should be!"
